Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States (all 50 states). We can't currently ship to US territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses or addresses outside the US.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Where orders ship from

Calm Boxes are packed and shipped internationally from our fulfillment partners in China. KoaPaw is operated by Ningbo Fenghua Gougou Trading Co., Ltd.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: we pack your box and hand it to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: delivery usually takes 7–20 business days after your order ships.

These are estimates. Customs checks, weather and carrier delays can occasionally add time. If we can't ship your order within the processing time above, we'll email you with a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Tracking

When your order ships, we add the tracking number to your PayPal transaction, and PayPal notifies you by email. You can also find it in your PayPal activity or by emailing us.

Import duties and fees

Our prices include US import duties and fees, so you won't be asked to pay anything extra on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for import charges on a KoaPaw order, contact us and we'll reimburse you.

Your shipping address

We ship to the address you confirm when you pay with PayPal or card. Please check it carefully. To change it, email us within 24 hours of ordering and before your order ships.

Late, lost or damaged packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 7–20 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, email [email protected] and we'll resend your order or refund you. See our Refund Policy for details.
