This policy explains what information KoaPaw collects, how we use it and the choices you have. KoaPaw is operated by Ningbo Fenghua Gougou Trading Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). Questions? Email [email protected].

Information we collect

Quiz answers

Your dog anxiety quiz answers and score are calculated entirely in your browser. They are not sent to us or stored on our servers. If you share a result, the share link only shows the result category.

Orders

When you buy a Calm Box, we receive and store:

• your name, email address and shipping address;
• the box, theme, dog size, quantity and amount you paid;
• PayPal order and transaction IDs, payment status and, once shipped, the carrier and tracking number.

Payments are handled by PayPal. We never receive or store your full card number or PayPal login details. PayPal's use of your information is covered by the PayPal Privacy Statement.

Messages

If you email us, we keep the message and your email address to help with your request.

Technical information

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites. We also keep anonymous daily totals of steps such as starting the quiz or opening checkout; these counts contain no cookies, identifiers or personal information.

How we use your information

• to process, pack and deliver your order and send tracking details;
• to answer your questions and handle refunds, cancellations and disputes;
• to prevent fraud and keep the site secure;
• to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked to receive them.

Who we share it with

• PayPal, to take payments, issue refunds and add shipment tracking;
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and our order database;
• our fulfillment team and shipping carriers, who receive your name, shipping address and order details to deliver your box;
• authorities, when required by law.

International transfers

We are based in China and ship from China, so your order information is transferred to and processed in China. Our service providers may also process it in the United States and other countries.

Cookies and local storage

By default we use only what's needed to run the site:

• your cookie preference, saved in your browser's local storage;
• a short-lived summary of your order in session storage, to show your order confirmation page;
• cookies set by PayPal on the checkout page, which are required to take payment and prevent fraud.

Optional analytics or marketing cookies are only used if you choose "Accept all" in our cookie banner. You can change your choice any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep information

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle refunds and disputes, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Messages are kept for as long as needed to help you. We then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional privacy rights. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email [email protected] from the address used for your order. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within 45 days.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and you must be 18 or older to place an order.

Security

We use HTTPS throughout the site, restrict access to order data and rely on PayPal for payment security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
