How long does shipping take?
Shipping to US addresses is free. Boxes ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 7–20 business days after shipping. US import duties are included.
What if my dog doesn't like it?
Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the box price, with no need to send anything back (one satisfaction refund per customer). Damaged, missing or wrong-size items are always covered.
Which dog sizes do you support?
We pack for Small (up to 20 lb), Medium (21–50 lb), Large (over 50 lb) dogs, so chew toys and supplies match your dog.
